here's thanking God for my beautiful friends who've been with me through my happiest & saddest days, my prettiest & ugliest moments, the proudest & lowest points of my life and are still with me after having gone through so much together.

below are notes to my close friends, see if you can guess which is you. if you really want to know, send me an email or ask me on MSN. hurhur ;)

in no order of merit (heh):

1 - when we first met, we didn't like each other. i though you were childish and you thought i was cocky. well, it's been 5 years now and you're like the (other) sister i never had. heh. do you remember when we "fought" at KFC Jurong Point a long time ago? we both couldn't decide what to eat, somehow we both got so pissed off, stood up, stomped off and went our separate ways. remember remember?? so childish! what will i ever do without you? :)

2 - you're smart and talented. we weren't from the same batch but we were in the same CCAs. we have alot in common. our malay suck big time and my friends didn't like me 'cause i spoke english most of the time. as my senior, you had been a wise friend i could turn to whenever i had/have a problem. and once we start talking, we forget about day & night! isn't it weird how we never run out of things to talk about?

3 - peterpan, dewa, sheila on 7! hehe. yes, you are categorised as close friend now. that's because you are the only other person i know who are as passionate about indon music as i, and has cool taste in music, as i ;) hurhur. we first met at a concert in 2001. and ever since then we would meet up at least once a year to satisfy our craving for fucken great live music. and just recently we had THE ultimate experience which probably wouldn't be THE ultimate if it had been with anyone else. we make THE fabulous team, you & i. we rule!

4 - no thanks to your petite frame, others perceived you as innocent, docile, submissive, naive and a pushover. boy george (as you would say), were they wrong. if they could only see the real you. you're anal retentive and has the most repulsive level of wit known to mankind. yet, you're still sensitive & gentle. i could always count on you to be honest with me. you're not one to mess around with. after all, we were from the Debate Team.

5 - you're sweet, kind & gentle. that's a very common first impression. if they could only see you at your least glamorous. i'm really sorry about the toilet incident that lead to our running around to different toilets and ended up with the 3 of us sobbing our hearts out. you'll always be my fellow Alto and the punk rock princess.

6 - i would never be able to survive school without you girls. we went through so much joy & sorrow. as of 20 June 2006, we have been friends for a year. and that, my darlings, is only the beginning. happiness shared is happiness doubled, and sadness shared is sadness divided. HOLY COW! that's 9 times more happiness, and 9 times less sorrow. yayness!

7 - it all started when i had a crush on your manager back when your spa was beside my hairstyling school. i wanted to get to know you, so i could get to know more about him. oh hell, you were far more interesting than him. besides, he was too old. but thanks to him, we met, became friends and are still friends years later. how is he anyway? remember that night when we lied down at the Esplanade rooftop and you cried your heart out? i definitely remember meeting your cute (guy) friends. hurhur.

8 - we tell each other everything (almost), and have seen each other at our worst. you tolerated my nonsense, and became my punching bag. you were the one who made me milk when i was hungry, the one who took care of me when the parents are away. you cleaned up my puke (!) and looked after me when i was sick. you used to always give in to me and made me feel guilty right after. i've learnt to stop feeling guilty, so do continue giving in to me ;)

9 - the Giraffe gang! i never would've thought that the 4 of us would have such chemistry. we'll always be the crazy & silly bunch, and i'll always be the only girl. you hear?

10 - we were so close when we were much younger. we were there for each other when we found out our grandfather passed on. we lost touch for a few years, but we're closer now than we were ever before. we'll always be there to support each other during tough times. *hugs*

11 - we have the same name. our birthdays are two days away. our mothers have the same name. you're another one with an admirable level of patience. you don't simply tolerate my nonsense, you counter them with yours. way to go! i love how you're always so gung-ho and damn spontaneous. we can do just about ANYTHING when we're together, but please, i may look "strong" but your boney hands can kill everytime you punch me lah.
